Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions that are constantly changing, whilst we will attempt to offer our service as described, we reserve the right to change the itinerary and activity without prior notice in order to fulfil current health and safety requirements. Number: 7899011, Registered in England and Wales), hereafter known collectively as Adventurous Appetites, accepts no responsibility for the personal safety of its clients or the loss of their belongings. Adventurous Appetites cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or injury arising from or in connection with any act, omission, neglect, accident, error or default. Adventurous Appetites does not accept responsibility for any illness related to the consumption of food or drink. Adventurous Appetites cannot be held liable for costs or any other liabilities arising from or in connection with acts of terrorism, war, accident, weather or any other natural occurrences, or any other Act of God. Adventurous Appetites reserves the right to alter its itineraries and service without prior notice. Adventurous Appetites reserves the right to accept, refuse or retain any person as a member of the group. By contracting Adventurous Appetites' service, either directly or through its partners, the client agrees to these terms.

 

Adventurous Appetites advises clients to contract private individual travel insurance covering any such eventuality.

 

With knowledge of the foregoing, each user of Adventurous Appetites' service agrees to waive, release and indemnify Adventurous Appetites, its partners, agents, consultants, contractors or employees from any and all claims, actions, or causes of action for damages or injury to persons or property arising from the use of Adventurous Appetites' service.

Adventurous Appetites Ltd and all and any services contracted through Adventurous Appetitetes Ltd or Adventurous Appetites Activities Ltd are subject to English Law

COVID-19 policy

 

In the interest of the health and safety of guides, fellow clients and bar workers, clients will be required to adopt all COVID-19 measures advised by Adventurous Appetites. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the tour.

Payment conditions

​

We ask for payment in full on booking and payment is to be completed at least 7 days before your tour (booking date permitting)

 

All services cancelled with more than 72hrs notice are fully refundable.

 

Cancellations with less than 72hrs notice will not be refundable but every effort will be made to re-accomodate your booking within 30 days of your reserved visit.

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A DISCRETIONARY 8GBP CANCELLATION FEE FOR GROUPS OF LESS THAN 5 PAX AND 15GBP FOR GROUPS OF MORE THAN 4 PAX (in order to cover the costs of money transfers etc)

For non-standard bookings not made through our automatic booking system, payment is to be made either via electronic transfer direct into our UK bank account (Details to be provided on booking) or by debit/credit card via paypal . For Corporate Bookings transfer charges are to be paid by the client, or Paypàl/card fee is applicable.

SECTION 3 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Data will be retained for 6+1 years in order to enable us to keep our accountacy records. In the case of our Seville Roman Bike Tour, Passport Information and Dates of Birth will be deleted within 7 days of completion of your tour. Contact details will be used for publicity purposes for a maximumum of  24 months after the date of your activity.

 

SECTION 4 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 - PAYMENT

If you choose to purchase an item using Paypal then only that company handles your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Adventurous Appetites Ltd and Adventurous Appetites Activities Ltd do not at anytime have access to your credit card details.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
